Exchange & Return Policies

Terabit Systems is dedicated to serving our clients in every way possible. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please contact us with details of any problems, providing your invoice or order number, item details and serial number. We will initially provide technical support to try and resolve the problem with you or look at replacement options where required. Your invoice will detail the warranty issued with your purchase.

All product sales are final upon shipment. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order. If your order has not yet been fulfilled, please contact us and our team will be in touch.

We will replace defective hardware to our best ability based on product availability. Replacement products will be the same model or an upgraded version with comparable functionality. In the event of a hardware failure, please contact us as soon as possible to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
